Where is the company based out of? We are proudly headquartered in Houston, TX. However, we do ship some of our products from Memphis, TN.
Can the lashes be reused? Yes, all of our lashes can be reused (20-30) times with proper care.
Are all the lash bands one size? Yes, all of our lash bands are one size. However, you may use scissors to customize the eyelash band to enhance your natural eye shape.
How often do we restock? We aim to restock immediately based on demand for each product.
Will the false lashes harm my natural lashes? The use of false eyelashes will not harm your natural lashes if proper application and removal techniques are used.
Is Oasis Lash Club cruelty free? Yes, we are. None of our products are tested on animals.
Shipping/ Returning Policy
When will I receive my order? Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. We strive to ship each order out immediately after processing them Generally, shipping takes 3-6 days within the United States, and 10-15 business days internationally to reach our customers.
When will I receive a tracking number? Please allow 48 hours after your order has been processed to receive your tracking number.
Incorrect address entered, what do I do? If you have entered the incorrect address immediately let our customer service know at oasislashclub@gmail.comwithin 24 hours of your purchase. Please be mindful that if a package is returned back to us the buyer is accountable for return shipping fees.

Oasis Lash Club values each of our customers health. Therefore, once the package is delivered to you we do NOT accept return or exchanging of products under any conditions.
